Salon policies

A few house rules so your visit is straightforward. Questions? Call or email us.

Please take a moment to review our policies so you know how we run appointments, payments, and the salon floor. If anything is unclear, get in touch — we’ll help.

3 Day Shellac/Gel Polish Guarantee

If your polish chips within 3 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call and do the polish change during the 3-day period.

Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit and E-Transfers.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your service, please tell us before payment or before leaving the salon. We will make any adjustments that are required. Absolutely no refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

Appointments

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. We recommend calling in advance to put your name down on our wait list.

Cancellations

Salon appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling (647) 349-9118 or emailing nailsforyou888@gmail.com. Please give as much notice as you can — at least 24 hours — so we can offer that time to someone else.

We understand that emergencies happen. If appointments are repeatedly cancelled without proper notice, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

15 Minute Grace Period

Your appointment will be lost 15 minutes after your appointment time. We will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot.

Service Charges

Our price list is based on the product and work required for nails that are in good condition. If your nails are damaged before treatment, your technician may need extra time, which can mean additional service charges. Please ask your technician to confirm before treatment.

Child Safety Policy

Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment, and we also do not want to compromise the visit of other guests.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to people with a contagious nail condition or open/infected skin near the treatment area; anyone with ill health that may be contagious; clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment; and anyone displaying rudeness or disrespect to staff or other guests.
