Ensuring the Best Experience
At Nails For You, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Nail Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

3 Day Shellac/Gel Polish Guarantee:
If your polish chips within 3 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call and do the polish change during the 3-day period.
Payment:
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit and E-Transfers.
Refund Policy
Our dedicated Nails For You team are passionate about creating a fabulous beauty experience for our salon clients. In the event you are not happy with your service, please make us aware of it before payment or leaving the salon. We will make any necessary adjustments that are required.
Please Note: Absolutely NO refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Appointments:
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. We recommend calling in advance to put your name down on our wait list.
Cancellations:
Salon appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling 647-349-9118 or email nailsforyou888@gmail.com. We would appreciate as much advance notice as possible and request that you supply us with a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we have an opportunity to offer your original appointment reservation time to someone else.
We do understand that sometimes emergencies happen and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if appointments are repeatedly cancelled without proper notice, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your next salon appointment.
We also reserve the right to charge a service fee in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next salon appointment if you fail to provide the requested cancellation notice.
15 Minute Grace Period
Your appointment will be lost 15 minutes after your appointment time. We will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot.
Service Charges
Our salon pricelist has been created based on the amount of product and work required for treating nails that are in GOOD condition. If your nails are in a damaged state prior to treatment, your nail technician may require additional time to complete your service request, this will also result in additional service charges being applied. Please ask your nail technician to confirm prior to treatment.
Child Satefy Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the
age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope
you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our
guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Right to Refuse Service
People with a contagious nail condition or open/infected skin near required treatment areas.
Anyone with ill health that may be contagious.
Clients that are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone displaying rudeness or showing disrespect to any staff member or salon guests.
