- Parking at the mall is free. You can reach the lower level by elevator or ramp.
- Running late? There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is released and you’re treated as a walk-in for the next available slot.

Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome, and there’s usually no wait, even on weekends. If you want a set time, book online or call; you can also call ahead to put your name on our wait list.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Do you have a new client discount?
Yes. New clients get 10% off one service over $50 on their first visit. You must book online, and the discount is taken off at checkout. It applies to one service only, not the whole bill, and can’t be combined with other offers, including the Seniors Special.
