Nails For You is operated by 2367399 Ontario Inc. (“we”, “us”), at Unit 151, 2900 Warden Ave, Scarborough, ON. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email, when you book, call, message us or visit.
• Booking details, such as the services you book, appointment times and any notes. Online bookings are handled by Fresha.
• Messages and photos you send us on WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
• Website usage information, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, general location and which buttons were clicked (for example “Book”, “Call” or “Directions”), collected through cookies and similar technology.

We do not collect or store your full card details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor.

Our WhatsApp assistant

When you message us on WhatsApp, an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence may answer your questions about our services, prices, hours and policies. If it cannot help, it passes your question to our team.

To reply to you, your message (and any photo you send) is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) and by our AI service provider. It is used only to answer you, not to train AI models or for advertising. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, or call us at (647) 349-9118.

Website analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and understand how our advertising performs. These services may set cookies or use similar technology. We do not send your name, email or phone number to these tools.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and manage your appointments
• To provide your services and keep records of your visits
• To follow up on feedback, complaints or service issues
• To improve our website, services and advertising
• To meet legal and tax requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the salon, such as our booking platform (Fresha), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta), our AI assistant provider, payment processing, website hosting, and Google’s analytics and advertising services. They may only use it to provide services to us. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada.

Links to Fresha, Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop messaging you, by calling (647) 349-9118 or emailing nailsforyou888@gmail.com.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use Google’s ad settings to control ad personalization.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. A parent or guardian should book and communicate on behalf of children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
